Achievements 2010

- Got a Bachelor's degree, Economist --> Started doing Masters(MSc)

I think this might've been the highlight of my year, achievementwise .. Finished off my bachelor's studies, after 3 years of mehnat and laggan, hereby I achieved the degree B.Sc.(Bachelor of Science) in Economics and Business Administration(Bachelor i Erhvervsøkonomi og Administration/HA = Handelshøjskolens Afgangseksamen) --> I got the title Civiløkonom, i.e. Civil Economist.

Shortly hereafter I started on my Master's Degree, M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration, with specialization in Finance and Accounting.(In Danish: Cand.Merc.-FIR = Cand.Merc-Finansiering og Regnskab)

The toughest, most prestigious and famous Finance line in Denmark, insha'Allah iske baad career opportunities Allah ke fazl o karam se achhi bannengi. May Allah help me during these 2 final years of my studies, may He help achieve success in this field, and may He help me achieve it quickly, ameen!

- Joined the gym, and became regular there!

I had been on and off with working out since 2005. Actually even before that, since 2004 or 2003(yup, started way back in Blåkilde) .. In 2003 or 2004, I started out at home by lifting dumbbells .. I was 14-15-16 years old at that time .. but it was nothing disciplined. Then in 2005 I got some work-out equipment here at home, and worked out on that. But it was limited how much I could do with that. For some reason I never bothered to join the gym during my college days .. Then in 2007, after finishing college, I started doing my bachelor, and here I finally joined the gym. This wouldn't last very long however, as I did go a few times, but was irregular, and I even injured my shoulder due to not using the proper technique, and I also didn't put enough pressure on myself with working out, as I used machines more than free weights. Then in December 2009 I joined the gym once, this time with my friend Bilal. Bilal was very very irregular, and never very disciplined with working out, hence cancelled his membership after a month or two. But I, Alhamdulillah, showed persistence this, and went there continously. A few times I stopped going, but I'm still more regular in the gym than I've ever been, and I hope I become more persistent in this! Insha'Allah!

FINALLY .. ab regular hi jaate rehna .. theik hai na ?

- Trimmed stomach!

When I joined the gym in late 2009, I had started gaining a bit mass on my stomach .. My stomach started bulging out .. So I worked on this intensively, and Alhamdulillah cut down a lot on it! Am very proud of this .. Also, as muscular or strong as I am now, I have never been, shukar Alhamdulillah that my going to the gym has shown me results! Positive results! I aim to achieve more, insha'Allah.

HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAAH .. lolz

- Got rid of acne, Alhamdulillah!

This was a problem that had been bugging me since 2004/2005. It was really intense during the period 2004-2007. It gave me confidence problems to some extent(and at the same time it also helped me gain confidence). Have received a lot of nasty comments on this over the years(mostly during college, from 2004-2007), and I've realized how evil + superficial some people can be. This problem also helped me realize that looks aren't everything, and helped me understand that one should appreciate the inner beauty of a person more than the external beauty. The end result is that I despise people who care too much about the external(whether it be physical appearance or some other physical/external thing .. basically, people who care about the superficial, are a no no in my book).

I got my last acne break-out back in spring or summer 2009, and took pills against it for the final time till fall 2010. Haven't taken pills since then, and haven't had any acne since then, but I still have a few scars remaining on my face, insha'Allah woh bhi remove hojaayenge

lolz .. itni mazaya baat likh di .. haha .. nice sharing .. not everyone is brave enough to share their personal "problem(s)" .. i like .. Alhamdulilah aza wajallah !!!!

- Made a lot of new acquaintences

Got some new friends on my bachelors, and also met a lot of new people when I started studying for my Master's degree .. but, itna zaroor kahoonga, the people that matter the most to me are family, and as long as family is by my side, I don't care about acquaintences and friends, new or old ..

- Caught up with 2 old friends(both named Usman )

Well, this is the final "noteworthy" thing I can mention about my 2010(it really hasn't been anything spectacular in my honest opinion, but I was being pressured into writing something ). The first Usman is one of my best friends, and I had broken contact with him back in 2004 due to some misunderstandings, but Alhamdulillah that is all resolved now ..

The other Usman I had also been out of touch with for some years; started talking to him again ..

Now ON TO expectations 2011!

- Job

Been going without a job for too long now, due to studies taking up loads of time . Insha'Allah I hope to start working again this year. Will start applying soon, just need to get through my exam next Friday!

Insha'Allah I hope to get a study relevant job, which will be my first practical step into the world of finance. From hereon insha'Allah I'll start building my career. This means, I expect that the job I get this year insha'Allah, I will also have after I complete my degree next summer insha'Allah. This shall be my career launching platform. And by Allah's will, I hope to build more competences, and make some good money!

InshaAllah aza wajal .. hope you will soonest get a good and relevant study job, InshaAllah aza wajallah

- Investing!

Insha'Allah agar Allah ne chaha ke job milla, to investments bhi karoonga, and hopefully will make some money through that

- Becoming more independent!

Which has a lot to do with me finally stepping into my career shoes! Insha'Allah.

Self explanatory. One of my main aims this year is to get closer to Allah, and remain close to Him every moment till death and every moment thereafter.

- Getting rid of acne scars
